On Wednesday 13th March we hosted our Spring Stay and Play where parents from both Little Crickets Kindergarten and Reception at Argyle House School came together for a morning of enjoyment.

The atmosphere was filled with excitement as families convened to kick off the session with a captivating story, skillfully narrated by the lovely Mrs. Maher.

Parents and children then made their way to the dining room, where they were greeted with a delectable spread of coffee, biscuits and cakes. What made the cakes even more special was the knowledge that they were lovingly prepared and decorated by the children themselves, adding an extra layer of pride and joy to the occasion.

But the true magic of the morning lay in the shared activities that followed. Parents and children joined forces, as they crafted beautiful flowers together. It was a heartwarming sight to witness generations coming together, bonding over a shared creative endeavor. Laughter echoed through the room as petals took shape and colours blended seamlessly, each flower a testament to the love and unity present in our school community.

As the morning drew to a close, it was clear that the Spring Stay and Play had left an indelible mark on all who attended. Not only did it provide an opportunity for parents to actively engage in their child's learning journey, but it also fostered a sense of belonging and camaraderie that is truly special to Little Crickets and Argyle House School.

Events like these remind us of the importance of coming together as a community, celebrating the simple joys of life, and cherishing the bonds that unite us. We look forward to many more moments of connection and togetherness in the days ahead, as we continue to nurture and support each other on this journey of learning and growth.
