Summer Stay and Play
An afternoon of song, dance and musical instruments at Little Crickets Sunderland.
On Thursday we welcomed the parents of our Kindergarten and Reception classes (and some visitors) to our Summer Stay and Play!
Our theme was sing-a-long, there was lots of dancing, and musical instruments involved.
The children have been working extremely hard over the term to learn the words and actions ready to showcase to their parents.
Some favourites included 'Fish and Chips and Vinegar' 'She'll be Coming Round the Mountain' and 'King of the Swingers'. A special thanks to Mrs Coxon who has been working with the children and played the piano for the afternoon. She was particularly impressed with their version of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star - Twinkle Twinkle Chocolate Bar!
